I meet Nadene by chance, I was looking for a cottage in Wasaga Beach, after many months of checking the listings, the area and the different types of cottages , I picked her from many Real Estate people based on what I seen on the internet. I called her to ask a few questions and get some idea of what she had listed and what she might know about Wasaga.

When I started this I was thinking of using my Broker from Toronto area, she quickly told me all the benefits of using a Broker in the Wasaga Area with knowage of the area, so we set up a date to look at cottages, we looked at many from my list and many from her list, no luck the first time, After talking to her about different area's and the Town, I was very impressed with her knowledge of Wasaga and Wasaga Real Estate.

We looked a few more times, then found a couple we liked, once we new the one we wanted it was time to go to work. I'm very hard to work for, I know what I want, I know how I want it done, I know what I want to pay, well this is where I was most IMPRESSED, after talking to her about all this, I was very surprised to hear we would be on the same page for most things.

Now the real story, she did the paperwork up, at the price I wanted to use, she went to work on it, after about a week we had a deal.

I can't even say one thing I didn't like from our first meeting to day we got our place, she is perfect, she is exactly what I wanted in a Broker, even after the sale we remain friends.

In closing, she is the best prepared broker I have ever worked with.
